Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins - Easy, Delicious, and Fast!

Makes 18 muffins

Ingredients:

• 2 C Whole Wheat Flour/Freshly Milled Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 C EV Olive Oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 C Plain Yogurt
• 3/4 C Sugar
• 1 tsp All Spice (optional)
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
• 1 C Blueberries (frozen or fresh)

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 400° F
• In a bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and stir. 
• Add the oil, egg, yogurt, sugar, spice, vanilla extract, and stir to combine. 
• Finally stir in the blueberries. 
• Line your muffin tin, and put about 1/3 C of batter in each well (makes 18 regular size muffins). Bake for 15 minutes.
• Let them sit for 5 minutes, and place them on a cooling rack.
• Enjoy!!!
