• Do you outsource any grain?
  No, we grow 100% of the grain we use to mill our flours.
  
• Is your flour non-GMO?
  Yes, it is non-GMO.
  
• Does your flour contain any additives?
   Our flour does not have ANY additives or fillers.
  
• Is your flour bleached or enriched?
  Our flour is unbleached and unenriched, no potassium bromate added.
  
• What is the shelf life of your flour?
  This flour can last up to a year when stored in a cool, dry place. It’s ideal that you store the wheat berries in a fridge or freezer, they’ll last many years.
  
• Do you offer recipes using your flour?
  Yes! Our bags have recipes on the back and we also have fun and easy recipes here!
  
• Can you ship the flour/berries?
  Definitely! We can ship 5 lbs bags as well as 50 lbs bags, in the USA only, with the most discounted shipping price there is! 5 lbs bags ship for FREE
