It is pure, no added artificial/natural flavors, preservatives, fillers, or any other additives. This flour is a sifted formed of our whole wheat flour, meaning it still contains bran (one the most nutritious part of the wheat) but in a much finer form. This flour works great for sourdough bread, pizza crusts, cakes, pasta, cookies, etc. Use this flour if you want to achieve a lighter weight, super elastic dough.
The only difference between our Whole Wheat and this All Purpose Flour is that is sifted to remove the biggest particles, making it even a finer flour, yet still containing some bran and germ that makes it more nutritious and more digestible.
Our bags are air tight, resealable, water proof, and recyclable. This prevents the flour from oxidizing fast, keeping all the nutrition wheat has to offer.
It is perfect for baking bread, pastries, tortillas, and other delicious treats.
