The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies!
These are the chocolate chip cookies everyone raves about! Simple to make yet utterly irresistible, they bake up golden, soft, and loaded with melty chocolate in every single bite. Perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself!), this recipe guarantees a batch of smiles every time.

Cook Time: 12-15 minutes
Total Time: 1hs
Yields around 20 cookies (you should definitely double this recipe!!)
Ingredients:
• 1/2 C Softened Butter
• 1/4 C Sugar
• 1/2 C Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg at Room Temp
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/2 C “00” All Purpose Flour (or Whole Wheat/Freshly milled flour)
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 C Chocolate Chips
Directions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add the egg, whisk until fluffy, and stir in vanilla.
• In a smaller bowl mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt).
• Stir in the dry ingredients until incorporated. Lastly, add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
• Drop spoonfuls of dough 2" apart onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately and enjoy!!!
